Tobias is our world-class mind for strategic execution and operational optimisation, enabling our clients to achieve sustained growth and efficiency.
A seasoned CEO-level executive, Tobias brings over 15 years of experience from the IT industry in business systems, strategy, operations, finance and controlling.
Our Co-Founder and CEO of DAOS, Tobias holds a Masters in Mathematics and Economics, specialising in general equilibrium theory, functional analysis and statistic and stochastic processes. In short, in his spare time he’s our resident mathematician.
Tobias brings his experience working with multi-national and national organisation, and the know how to navigate strategic shifts and cultural growth to drive financial success and client relationships. He has spearheaded Global Shared Services and Business Transformation at one of the largest telecommunications and IT services companies globally, and has led high-impact teams, supporting senior executives to reach profitability and sustainability goals.

Jackson is our forward-thinking technologist with a talent for finding the best technical path forward amidst complex digital challenges.
Through his career in New Zealand Aotearoa, Jackson has held leadership roles in Chief Digital and Chief Technical accountabilities, Technical Direction and as a trusted Technology Advisor, with over 15 years across commercial, government and non-profit services and product-services.
As Co-Founder and CTO of DAOS, Jackson is our specialist in designing scalable strategies and systems that unlock organisations in an increasingly digital world.
Through his leadership and direction, Jackson has steered the digital infrastructure and support operations for New Zealand’s 2022 Census, architected Aotearoa’s largest Tax Trading platform, engineered the secure investor portal for one of NZs most successful investment firms, and introduced Remote Video Counselling and its business processes to New Zealand’s largest youth support service.
With extensive experience in web technologies, cybersecurity, product-service systems, cloud computing & infrastructure, business process management, and digital transformation, Jackson comes in to make sure our technical expertise has an unmistakable understanding of our client’s priorities. His approach focuses on ensuring every solution delivers measurable value and supports lasting success.
