Why we started

We were inspired by stories like 7-Eleven Japan’s re-invention of 7-Eleven USA, Estonia’s digital revolution, and Siemen’s adoption of industry 4.0 principles for smart manufacturing—Genius transformations that unlocked incredible eras in those organisations. Having achieved our own success in business transformation and optimisation, we began to wonder: Where do other businesses turn for advice on changing in the right way without wasting time and resources?

A staggering number of cornerstone businesses are finding that evolving to the next great stage of their business is much, much harder than they thought, and most doubt their chances of success, even when they know that they have the right strategy and plan.
